Thanks for the newsletter. I am going to decline figuring out the problem as it is beyond my mathematical capabilities now.

Here's a question that might involve some physics and perhaps might be solved by some Know Physics majors. It certainly is a question which should be investigated and answered properly. If you or any of your students have some ideas about this I am sure Richard Gage would be interested, so would I.
